Meaningful Manifesto
A public declaration for creatives, dreamers and magic makers, who are breaking the conventions and crafting a meaningful, mindful, slow life.
#1
A better world and life is possible. Not just for you. Not just for me. Not just for the rich and the powerful. But for everyone.
There are many ways to resist and make things better.
People produce too much only for the sake of productivity and busyness. There's no unlimited growth on a limited planet. Choose to be less productive and more mindful about what already is.
Fear of missing out is making people make bad decisions. You aren't missing out, you are living a life.
Make a change and build a better future for everyone, sustainably. Don't just collect tons of money, while destroying the nature and everyone in the process.
The rich and powerful are clearly miserable and are trying to make everyone else miserable too. You and I don't have to live in their chaos and confusion.
Care deeply. Caring is not a weakness, it's a superpower.
#2
Art is life. Art can change the world. You can change the world with art.
Creativity is something you can practise and learn. Success is making the most of your creativity and doing your best at any given moment.
More than success, aim for feeling content and peaceful in this moment as it is.
You are allowed to have multiple interests and skills. Labels don't define you. Other people's expectations don't define you.
You can reach others by doing what feels meaningful for you.
You cannot control other people and what they do. You can make choices only for yourself. You can choose better.
#3
Do things in unconventional ways and find creative solutions to challenges and problems.
Be gentle with your inner perfectionist, and understand perfect and controlled is a fantasy and an illusion. Mess is part of life.
You need breaks, and your life, work and business aren't going to collapse if you rest. Rest is important. Dream and enjoy all the aspects of life.
You are not your brand, business and work. You have a brand, a business, a job. They don't define you. You define them.
Unlearning is much more difficult than learning. Being able to challenge your own thoughts, ideas and beliefs is valuable.
Set boundaries. Simplify. Let go of conventions and expectations. Create a meaningful, mindful, slow life.
Be here. Now.
